What's the difference between a proposal and a quote?+
Here they're the same document — a priced offer with line items, sections, and terms. The PDF uses a quote number and a 'Valid until' date; call it whatever your clients expect.
Can I mark some line items as optional add-ons?+
Yes — flag any line item 'optional' and it shows an OPTIONAL badge on the PDF and stays out of the subtotal and total. The proposal shows a separate 'Optional add-ons (not included)' amount, so the client sees exactly what the core scope costs and what's available on top. (It's a static PDF, so there's no interactive client selection here — in QuotePilot proper, clients pick add-ons live and the total updates.)
Can I add a cover note, my logo, and photos?+
