In exchange, we ask for two things: honest feedback while you onboard, and — only once QuotePilot has actually earned it — permission to ask you for a testimonial. You can always say no.
The math, plainly: Solo is $290 a year billed annually. If one late-night inquiry that would have gone unanswered becomes one booking, the software has paid for itself many times over. Your rates, your math.

Seats — nothing else. Solo ($29/month) includes the entire product for up to 2 team members. Pro ($49/month) is the same product with unlimited team members. You can switch plans anytime from billing settings.

Does the AI booking page cost extra?+
No. The AI booking page, designed proposals, the business calendar, and every other capability are included in every plan — from $29/month. No feature tiers, no add-ons.
Can clients choose between pricing tiers?+
Yes. You can present Good/Better/Best tiers or named packages side by side in a proposal. The client picks one, and their choice locks in when they accept — so the invoice always matches what they selected.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?+
No. You can start your 14-day trial with just an email address. No credit card required until you decide to subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
